This website is, for now, solely an early-access (pre-launch) landing page for SyncTattoo, a future management system for tattoo artists and studios. Today it does not offer user accounts, a calendar, client management, digital consent signing, payments, or any AI functionality — the only active behavior on the site is a waitlist form. The service is free at this stage.
You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist. By using the form, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
No registration or password is required to use this website. You are solely responsible for the information you enter in the waitlist form (email and, if you share them, number of artists and city) and for ensuring it is accurate.

By submitting the waitlist form you authorize us to use your email exclusively to notify you of SyncTattoo's launch and related communications, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Number of artists and city, if you share them, are not stored.
This landing page is offered free of charge and on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted, nor any specific timeline for the launch of the full product. We may modify, pause, or withdraw the site or the waitlist form at any time and without prior notice.

The name "SyncTattoo", the logo, the design of this website, and its code are our property. Copying, modifying, or redistributing these elements without prior written authorization is not permitted.
You may stop using the site or request removal from the waitlist at any time by writing to us (see §14). We may block access for anyone who breaches Section 5 (Acceptable use). Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, warranties, liability, applicable law) will remain in force.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Spain, without prejudice to any consumer rights recognized under the regulations of your country of residence if you are a consumer within the EU.
We may update these terms at any time, especially as the product moves toward full launch (accounts, calendar, projects, digital signature, and payments via Stripe Connect). Material changes will be published with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. When SyncTattoo is incorporated as a company, these terms will be updated to reflect the new legal entity.
