What happens to my clients' data?

It stays in SyncTattoo, encrypted, and is never shared or sold to third parties. You decide who on your team can see it.

When does the Studio Plan launch?

We're fine-tuning it with the first studios in the beta, with launch planned for next quarter. Leave your email on the Studio Plan and we'll let you know as soon as it opens.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes, no commitment. Cancel from your account whenever you want.

Does it work with how I work (piercing, other styles)?

Yes — availability Zones and times are set up your way, not just for classic tattooing.

How does the legally signed consent work?

The client signs from their phone before the session; it's stored with a date and time as part of their file.

What SyncTattoo is today

This website (synctattoo.com) is, for now, solely an early-access (pre-launch) landing page for SyncTattoo, a future management system for tattoo artists and studios. It does not yet offer user accounts, passwords, payments, AI, or analytics/advertising cookies — none of that exists in this page's code today.

What data we collect

The only form on this website is the waitlist form. It collects:

Email (required): sent to our email marketing provider, Resend, so we can notify you when SyncTattoo becomes available.
Number of artists and city (optional): validated at submission time but not stored — they only travel with the request and are then discarded; they are never saved in Resend or any other system.

What we use your data for

We use your email exclusively to send you the early-access notification and occasional communications about SyncTattoo's launch. We do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Cookies

This landing page does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We have not detected any tracking-cookie usage in the site's current code.

Data retention

We retain your email until the product launches or until you request removal, whichever comes first. The optional fields (number of artists and city) are never retained.

Your rights (GDPR / LOPDGDD)

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability at any time by writing to the contact address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations.

International transfers

Resend and Vercel may process data outside the European Economic Area. When this happens, they rely on standard contractual clauses or other transfer mechanisms recognized under GDPR.

Minors

This website is not directed at minors under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Security

This website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Since there are no user accounts or passwords at this stage, there are no access credentials that could be leaked.

Future changes

This policy will expand substantially when we launch SyncTattoo's full product, which will include client and project management, digitally signed informed consents, and payments via Stripe Connect. We will notify you when the policy is updated. When SyncTattoo is incorporated as a company, this policy will be updated to reflect the new data controller.
